PAYMENTS

Our payment system is simple and safe.  We email an invoice to you.  The invoice has a payment link on it.  

It works like most any other online payment system you might purchase things through.  

Simply follow the prompts.  You may select debit/credit card with a convenience fee, or you may select the online check payment (ACH) with no fee.

We do accept paper checks.  This method is considered less safe and more cumbersome.

We do accept insurance checks from you with them properly and fully endorsed.

This method of payment is available only through our preferred payment program, online payment.

The payment will include a 2.9% convenience fee.  

We really don't want you to have to pay this fee, so, if you want to, you are welcome to.  If you select the electronic check (ach) method, there is no fee.  The choice is yours.

Cash payments are always welcome.  But our preferred payment program is a safer method.
